BEDROOMS

Hazelbank was built in 1898 as a townhouse for a tea planter retiring from his tea garden in India and became a small hotel in 1902. All of the original decorative plasterwork and the impressive timber staircase have been retained showing off the best of the building's Victorian Heritage.

The building has been extensively refurbished over the last few years and offers 10 warm, non-smoking, comfortable and richly decorated bedrooms all with full modern en-suite bathrooms. Each room has direct dial telephone, television and hospitality tray for tea and coffee.

We offer both double or twin bedded rooms and three of our rooms have purpose designed sofa beds offering space for family accommodation. Single occupancy of any room is also welcomed. One room is available on the ground floor for those who find climbing stairs difficult. Children are welcome and given notice we can normally arrange baby sitting.
